Shipping policy
ALL delivery times are estimates only! They do not include processing time. We will do our best to process orders quickly however during high volume periods, orders may take longer than usual to process.
If you have ordered a pre-order item, please note that your entire order will not be shipped until ALL items in your order are in stock and ready to ship. If you require an item sooner, we recommend you complete a separate order for the in stock items vs the pre-order items so we can process them separately.
Orders within Canada:
Standard Shipping within is 1 to 7 business days based on location. If you require your order sooner, please use Express Shipping or email us at hello@thesareelady.com to make customized shipping arrangements.
For all order pickups, we will do our best to prepare your order within 5 hours. Unfortunately we can not guarantee that the item will be ready for pickup within the estimated timeframe.
International orders:
International orders will be shipped between 1 to 10 business days depending on the type of service selected at checkout. Please note these estimated delivery times are assuming there are no delays. These estimated delivery times do not include processing time.

We can not comment on whether or not any customs, taxes or duties will be charged. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient. For more information about your country's customs and duties, please contact your local customs office.
PLEASE NOTE: Customs may hold your package for further screenings. There is no guaranteed date of release and we cannot supply any details regarding this process.

ALL ORDERS: We reserve the right to cancel any orders. We are not responsible if orders are lost or not delivered on time due to
- incorrect information being provided at the time of purchase. This includes but is not limited to, phone number, address, email address or any other important information
- failure to make required customs, duties or tax payments.
- failure to pick up your package from your carrier location.
- failure to report a package lost or stolen within 2 weeks of receiving a shipping confirmation.
